With over 10 years of experience in retail real estate, I am currently part of the leasing team at Brookfield Properties, where I oversee assets in San Diego, California’s Central Valley, Las Vegas, and Idaho Falls. My work focuses on driving value for stakeholders by cultivating strong tenant relationships and securing strategic deals that align with the evolving retail landscape.Previously, I spent seven years as an associate on CBRE’s Urban Retail Properties team under senior broker Derrick Moore. During this time, I facilitated over 200 real estate transactions in the urban Los Angeles core, collaborating with developers like Carmel Partners, The Onni Group, and Sares Regis, as well as national retailers including CVS, Starbucks, OrangeTheory Fitness, and Modern Times Brewery.Passionate about retail trends and innovation, I pride myself on identifying cutting-edge concepts in the retail and restaurant industry.Outside of work, I contribute to my community as a member of the event and fundraising planning board for the California Hospital Medical Center in Downtown LA’s South Park neighborhood. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
