In my current role as the Chief Business Officer at Deeptek, I am responsible for bringing a great mix of insight-led strategic and tactical skills to the table in advancing Deeptek's business.I have close to 2 decades of experience in healthcare and medtech companies in various business leadership roles and handled multimillion-dollar p&L in MNCs such as GE Healthcare and DuPont, and Philips. I also have experience in leading a successful localization strategy resulting in a new multimillion dollar P&L, handling big deals and key accounts, leading negotiations in Healthcare Industry, and driving NPS and customer engagement. I also have experience in Medical devices, Radiology, Oncology, Cardiology and Critical care, and maternal-infant care areas.Professionally, one of my most proud accomplishments has been the conceptualisation and localisation of Make in India CT for GEHC, which resulted in transforming the industry. I successfully built a business case for Make In India CT in GE and raised approval of million of dollars for the same. That CT went on to transform not only GEHC's business in India but the industry by making affordable CTs. It was made possible due to a market- back approach, insight-led product design rather than the other, usual way of technology forward approach.I am also starting a social venture on the sidelines - which is about 100-year life and building a community to improve awareness of the implication of 100-year life on individuals , institutions and government .Anyone interested to chat on any of these topics , drop in a message
