Converting the customer's technical requirements in the business solution implementation and translating them into prioritize features, supporting the release and iteration planning  Performing requirement gathering and analysis and leading business requirement gathering sessions  Writing user stories/ best practice scenarios and following the development process through Unit testing & System testing  Participating in formal / informal reviews with stakeholders, applying knowledge / experience and providing technical support  Working closely with PM, PD, Development, UX/UI & QA team to ensure high quality of the business solution implementation  Identifying product gaps and recommending enhancements to the product core team  Preparing solution-related documents and specifications to configure the solution, and creating, execute & maintaining test plans  Ensuring all the user-related documents are available and maintained for the users  Building & maintaining highly motivated, vibrant, innovative and highly engaged teams
