While working as DGM – Design & Coordination, my accountabilities were to drive large-scale projects and end-to-end Design Processes from scoping, a preliminary survey of the proposed site, viability study, estimations, schematic, design, drawings approvals, development stage, site administration, materials sourcing/management, design coordination, project planning, site & construction management for successful completion of the project demanding high standards of quality and precision.Over my tenure, I led a team of Engineers and Technical Assistants and facilitated coordination amongst various agencies involved with projects. Dealt with consultants involved for projects i.e., Architect, Branding & Visual Merchandising, Structural, MEP, and Vaastu Consultant.Some of the projects undertaken were: Spearheaded the renovation of 2-lakh s.ft. Of a 1.2 million s.ft. mall Design approvals and project management for the renovation of 300 odd brands, including new anchors Completed interiors of AOPL offices – common areas Coordination with consultants and fit-out vendors Responsible for fitting out IKEA on the 3rd & 4th floor at the R City Mall

As Consultant – Interior & Finishes, I was entrusted with the responsibilities of executing high-end, multi-million dollar, large-scale Corporate/Residential Interior Fit-out Projects. Directed estimation, contracting & billing activities like conducting the material survey, freezing BOQ/budget, obtaining management approval, awarding the contract, and monitoring periodical reconciliation for assessment & control at all stages of the project. Worked closely with the design team and managed the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromising on quality, budget, or schedule.Some of the projects undertaken were: Interiors of 65 Storey Private Residence Renovation of 205 Rooms for Hotel Four Seasons Interiors of Commercial Tower

Throughout, demonstrated excellence in Project Management, Risk Management, Concept Development, Project Budgeting, Cost Controlling, Value Engineering, Material Management, Quality Assurance & Control, and Manpower Planning to meet the scope of project deliverables.Besides, I owned architectural design, construction-space planning, landscaping, concept designing & detailing with an eye for aesthetics & detail. Delivered designs keeping in mind feasibility, safety standards, regulations, cost factors, compliances, and implementation of green building & energy saving concepts into design. Conducted periodical inspection of site activities and notified the non-conformances identified during the inspection. Evaluated new premises in terms of architectural feasibility, layout planning, and documentation of all drawings. Some of the projects undertaken were: Converting Spencer’s into shell-n-core, providing services, and relocating Life Style in that area. Converting old LS into shell-n-core, providing services, structurally strengthening columns and beams to support new elevator, twin escalators, and setting up H&M Creating a new basement lobby, main entrance, and common corridor and providing 6 new escalators Changed & revamped 75,000 s.ft. of the East façade for the H&M launch Converted shell-n-core for Reliance, provided 2 escalators, and installed & commissioned the HVAC System Changed & revamped 50,000 s.ft. of the North Façade for the launch of Reliance Eve Changed & revamped 75,000 s.ft. of South Façade Fitted out a new Mall Office for the Mall Added 5 new screens to Multiplex
