Understanding the requirements of Hiring Managers Intake meeting with the Hiring Managers before the start of recruitment. Marketing and posting the jobs internally and externally at various channels. Screening the profiles received internally and externally (including referrals) Scheduling interviews, taking feedback on time, updating candidates about their application status, and sharing survey forms to take feedback from candidates post-interviews. Maintaining the timeframe to fill the position. Debriefing sessions with all the interviewers as and when required for the candidate. Identifying the potential candidates and scheduling them for interviews. Weekly recruitment status meeting with stakeholders to discuss the progress plan and challenges on the hiring. Offer Negotiation with candidate and Stakeholders. Uploading the offer on systems to get the approvals and releasing the offer for candidate’s signature. Post offer acceptance follow up with the candidate to ensure their joining. Compliance (including intake meeting form, req intake form, documentation for candidates, hiring data, and updated job descriptions, signed offer documents)
