Lead major aspects of the PayPal Availability and Scalability Checkout Replatforming program. This program is critical to PayPal’s success as it enables PayPal to deliver new and exciting products on top of improved Infrastructure. 1Created detailed program delivery and ramp up plans across multiple PayPal teams resulting in taking 20% of eligible PayPal Checkout traffic under a year and in time for holiday season.

As a program manager I led the eBay Catalogs Program. The Catalog program has an annual operational budget of $15,000,000 and is aimed at standardizing and organizing eBay’s listings. I coordinated a global team of engineers and operations professionals. Increasing Catalog adoption on eBay website by more than 200% in a one year period. The increase in adoption also resulted in increased conversion rates, more efficient search results and an overall better customer experience for both buyers and sellers.

As a Program Manager provides product management and project management for multiple features of the Microsoft Windows Media Center. Windows Media Center is the operating system for the home PC, providing TV user interface for handling music, photos, videos and TV. Windows Media Center is a feature in Windows Vista and is used by over 40 Million users around the world. Before that as a Program Manager in the Microsoft TV division (MSTV), developing the Microsoft DVR product (LG LRM-519). This product is a combination of DVR and DVD recorder powered by Windows Media Center technologies creating a new industry product category.

Managed the “CajunView” product – AVAYA Network Management Suite for the Cajun line. The suite is an integrated software product, composed of several packages developed by different teams to provide enterprise network management solution for a line of data networking devices.• Led a team of four software developers and two sub contractors.• Participated in the design of the suite as an integrated product.• Release Management, worked with developer leads to ensure timely delivery of software packages.• Coordinated both organizational development and integration efforts among the Marketing, Tech-Support, QA and System Architecture groups based in the US and Israel.• Managed relations with external suppliers and sub-contractors.
