After completing my MBA and graduating in law from Delhi University in 2003, I spent over 16 years working as a corporate lawyer with renowned law firms such as Luthra & Luthra, JSA, and SNG & Partners. My expertise lies in the Banking & Finance sector, where I’ve had the privilege of advising leading corporate houses and institutions on complex financial transactions, including structured finance, multi-billion-dollar cross-border deals, and corporate insolvency matters.In 2023, I took a leap into entrepreneurship, driven by my passion for finance and innovation. I founded Aineura Infomarkets, an Edtech startup with a mission to revolutionize AI-driven learning for financial market participants. As the Founder & CEO, I’m focused on creating a SaaS platform that provides a cost-effective, multilingual learning experience, designed to empower users with the knowledge they need to navigate financial markets intelligently.
