Department oversee: Finance & Account, HR, IT, PMO, Travel Desk and Admin Team Size: 21Financial Oversight• Responsible for generating accurate and timely financial statements as required by management, holding company and governing bodies.• Responsible for finalisation of annual accounts, government audit, statutory audit, internal audit and other special audit.• Ensure that working capital requirement is estimated accurately and timely available of funds for timely payment.Strategic Business Planning• Preparation of company 5 years business plans and annual budget after discussing with various departments as per ENOC guidelines.• Preparation of rolling forecast on quarterly basis for next one year to ensure and align with current market condition.Compliance and control• Ensure that due financial process is followed and the company has strong internal control procedures in areas of finance, operations and administration.• Develops and monitors a management accounting information system incorporating budgets and cash flow forecasts.• Ensure compliance with International Accounting standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)• Creates and maintains a framework involving Delegation of Authority limits, financial policies and procedures, business mandate and transparency in transactions.Treasury Management• Negotiate and communicate with banker, and Group Treasury to ensure that the fund requirements of the company are met.• Conduct bi-weekly collection and payable review meeting Staff Development• Oversee the Human Resource Department from all aspect starting from selection and exit interview.• To facilitate personnel movement, succession planning and a career development process as a means to retained qualified and motivated finance and operational staff.Administration and HR Function• Control and monitor all relevant personnel information into the system for all the employees.
