Responsible for the Role of Technical Lead - Web Services - B2B Flights which includes:Client Communication/ Technical Support- Coordinating with the clients to give technical assistance during the web services integration.- Day to day guidance to clients tech team to understand web services architecture and functional flow.- Giving the signing off after Unit Testing and final QA of integrated system of the clients.- Tracking and close monitoring of the activities and behavior of the client system before and after go live with the end user.Software Development/ Maintenance- Developing/ adding new features in current web services after analyzing/ compiling the requirements of clients and management.- Debugging the raised issue by the client tech team and rectify the same with minimal time span.- Deployment and maintenance of dedicated servers to provide quick response in development and production environment.
