• Heading Transmission network (Optics & IPMPLS) Consolidation of VIL network.• Was part of team at RFP stage• Prepared and proposed High Level Planning(HLP) for e-idea and e-vodafone network in terms of HLP, Map Gap analysis and proposing incremental BoQ.• Proposed single consolidated network proposal based on guideline provided by VIL Corporate.• Proposal and implementation of Transport consolidation as per Top to bottom approach (Core > Aggregation > PreAgg > Access).• Proposed and implemented Node/link upgradation as per utilization and end state projection.• Proposed and implemented consolidation based on utilization and customer priority sequence to meet end user customer demand. • Proposed fiber penetration need in Top10 cities and RoN based on Grid Analysis, to cater future network needs of 5G.• Participated in Nokia 5G trial in Gandhinagar District proposed by VIL.• Handing over consolidate network zone wise to VIL team with all required end state architecture and service level database.

Operation and maintenance of the 190 sites and 260 SDH - Nortel & NEC MW transmission equipments. • Planning and designing for connectivity of under falling area node of the corporate customer network.• Co ordination right from circuit provisioning to stable and satisfactory operation of the Network element.• Transmission/Switch Acceptance testing with BSNL and private operator personals and liasoning for day to day minor faults and optimized use of connectivity with other operator network.• Doing LoS survey for LMDS (Local Multipoint Distribution System) and MW point-to-point link in the field and providing the PathLoss link file to Planning.• Implementation of ISO 9001:2000 in the Transmission Department according to the ISO procedures and record formats in Rajkot Cluster and achieving the certificate for the same for Reliance Communications.• Co-ordination with zonal department like OSP (Out Side Plant) for fiber cuts and utility problems, FA(Fixed Access) for provisioning wireline LL, RIEL (Reliance Infocomm Engineering Ltd) for construction issues and I&C (Installation/Integration and Commissioning) for new site installation and commissioning.• Rectifying the faults related to optical transmission and going to the root cause of the same and implement the same as a preventive action of the sites falling under the jurisdiction.• Looking after Microwave planning and preparing NDD(Nodal Design Document) for new sites coming up in Rajkot Cluster.
