Led a $400 Million revenue higher education organization with 5000+ staff and 30,000+ students across Europe. Role included oversight across 7 countries for all on-campus and online programs. Following my arrival we did a strategic review of the portfolio of institutions and decided to exit, so we kicked-off a smooth and successful transition of the organization.

Key actions: re-designed marketing and recruitment, launched dozens of new programs across business, engineering/IT, and language programs; transformed traditional classroom teaching to a more efficient hybrid/online learning, boosted employee engagement from 39% to 69%, and improved graduate employability rate from 70% to 96%. Struck and managed new university partnerships.
