International development professional with 14 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, impact assessment, capacity building and business development in the sectors of humanitarian aid, international development, industry and academia. Alexandra has supported the design, implementation and acceptability of development and emergency response projects in North and Central America, the Caribbean, Africa and South-East Asia. She has also co-authored a tool that assesses community resilience, adopted by the Honduran government as a best practice tool, and has trained over 160 people in its use in 9 countries. Finally, Alexandra is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Greek and has produced proposals, reports and presentations in all four languages for various audiences, including decision makers, practitioners and the public.
