● Simultaneously execute multiple product implementations and projects across varieddomains for large complex enterprise accounts.● Relationship building with Customer's top management and key stakeholders within theaccount and responsible for customer satisfaction and growth of the account.● Ensure customer retention by conducting periodic delivery reviews, identify issues andresolve them, advise on risks and suggest corrective actions.● Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for theprojects, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processesfor the project; transition all the way up to instructions to finance for invoicing.● Actively participate in presales to understand the clients business drivers and ensurebenefits realization for the client.● Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel. ● Lead development, implementation and support teams to deliver product and services to the customer according to the contract and adherence to agreed SLAs.● Documenting the workflow, architecture, mockups, chat scripts etc around the use cases for building POCs/Demos using our products.● Hands-on with product demos to top level stakeholders and leadership of clients.● Validate, commercialize and timeline for unique use cases for any custom development for the clients.● Act as subject matter expert on our products and be the point of contact between Client, Client Services Team and Product and Support Sales team.● Run in front of the software development team, helping define user stories, research appropriate technical solutions, and provide guidance to the team regarding architecture, design, and priorities.● Create pre-sales artefacts, estimations and project plans.● Build relationships with prospects and customers while ensuring alignment between sales and delivery team.

● Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.● Create SQL functions, scripts and triggers to support application development.● Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.● Fix any issues related to database performance and provide corrective measures.
