 Attend customer inquiries through inbound calls. Document the call details in the software along with the summary of the query. Assist customer for call back requests received through emails. Assist customers in booking appointments, when they fail to do it online through the Aster website. Register customer and educating them about the Aster care loyalty program. Answer queries on redemptions, points upgrades offer etc. Ensure customer’s details are updated in the relevant database as and when required. Act as a first point contact for complain management. Follow up on customer complaints /feedbacks. Follow up with different aster entities for gathering information about timing availability of services or products, charges, insurance coverages, special offers, etc. Updating the call center internal databases with details of newly added specialties and doctors, services, insurance, units, timing, etc to be used by the call center executives. Preparing and sharing lists of customer queries with the concerned for all campaigns conducted by Aster and executed with the involvement of the call center. Registering customers on call during or before any campaigns conducted by CR, operations, etc. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys through outbound calls for Aster customers. Gathering information on the availability of services with external services providers to assist the customers.
