I assumed the role of CEO from the year 2012 reporting into the Chairman of the company. All the functions of the company including, Brand Management, BTL (Events & Activations) - Management, MICE, Food Consulting, Restaurants started reporting into me directly. Today I oversee the entire operations of the company based out of Bangalore Head Office. In this tenure, we have established new restaurants for the company (Happy Singh, Namma Sagar, Sanjha Chulha) and signed up with many new brands to assist them in launching their products in the market or handle Events and Activations for there businesses.

I was promoted as the COO of the organisation and reporting into the Managing Director of the company. Although, the role remained quite similar but challenges were different. We had to expand our presence and go to other cities. We managed to setup a network of execution capabilities for BTL activities in 56 towns and cities across India. We also established in-house Production Infrastructure at major cities of the country. We added the additional services of Content (Films, AV's and Presentations) Management to the portfolio of the organisation.

At this time, I added the responsibility of Operations also to my existing profile of Sales & Marketing. The task here was to streamline operations and make them work effectively with the front line sales function of the company.

I was the founder member of this organisation way back in 2001 and assumed the responsibility as a Director of Sales & Marketing. My primary goal was to create the offerings of the company as per the Vision and Mission of the organisation and then to create a reach out program to the corporate world. I not successfully managed to do the same but also kickstart big buckets of revenue for the company from the year 1. We managed to bag events like Britannia Lagaan Event, which incidentally was the biggest event of Indian FMCG till then. The company and the founders had covering stories written on them in magazine of National Dailies like TOI etc. In the initial years, we managed to create quite a flutter in the market and established the company pretty well. The corporate world understood that we are here to stay and pack our bags and go any time soon.

I Joined The Park as Mgt Trainee - Sales & Marketing, after my college and worked at Bangalore Sales Office for 1 year before the company took over an existing hotel property at Bangalore. I assisted in handling Sales & Marketing for the Unit Hotel as well as the other properties of the company from this business region. I was not just involved in the take over process of the hotel property in Bangalore but also in the redesigning of the property in terms of getting to understand the needs and choices of corporate houses of the area. I went on to become one of the youngest Managers in the company and was awarded the Best Sales person of the year in the year 1999-2000. Overall, a great beginner for my career, great learning experience and gave me tremendous confidence to aspire for bigger challenges and achieve greater heights. Had the opportunity to work with some of the best in the Industry like Mr. Lemuel Herbert, Ms. Babita Sharma, Mr. S H Rahman, Mr. Vijay Diwan.
