DEP is a microservice based engagement platform that digitizes the end-to-end customer engagement processes including selling, monetization, and self-care. This platform is designed specifically to match unique commerce requirements of telcos and to address complexities involved in deploying a fully integrated highly scalable omni-channel strategy for online stores.• Designed and Delivered DEP product from scratch following:- Microservice architecture, reactive principles, BFF and headless API design patterns, responsive and PWA compliant UI and customization capability.- Complied with TMForum Open APIs and CNCF Web-Scale conformance principles such as Automation CI/CD pipelines, Containerization, Container Orchestration, DB Changeset Automated Deployment, Load Balancing, Autoscaling, Security Compliance, Centralized logging, and Observability.• Led TMForum Open API adaptation for shopping cart microservice, resulting in TMForum Open APIs certification.• Successfully deployed DEP e-commerce headless APIs, pre-integrated with BSS solution stack applications, for Tier-1 European.• Led delivery for 30+ E2E mobility journeys on a pre-integrated cloud-native Telecom BSS product stack in an AWS environment.• Delivered Interconnect Domestic and International Voice and SMS service traffic settlement solution, designed for a Tier-1 European customer.
