Current● Responsible for implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents.● Working with a Engineering team to improve system performance,scalability and high availability● Managing escalation procedures and being a final point of escalation for the Team ontechnical issues● Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customer’sindividual needs and drive customer communication during critical events●… Show more ● Responsible for implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents.● Working with a Engineering team to improve system performance,scalability and high availability● Managing escalation procedures and being a final point of escalation for the Team ontechnical issues● Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customer’sindividual needs and drive customer communication during critical events● Performing root cause analysis of Problem Management tickets and implementing apermanent fix● Maintaining a knowledge base of known issues and solutions for the Support team andcreating documentation for business users to reduce tickets.● Partnering with the internal team to provide feedback to internal Punchh teams and improve our platform● Collaborating across Punchh Engineering and Leadership to give customer focusedfeedback on technical direction and roadmaps● Working on critical and highly complex problems that may span across multipleprogramming languages and databases technologies● Tuning application and query performance using profiling tools and SQL● Collaborating closely with members of other teams throughout the software release cycle● Continually looking for opportunities to improve coding, module structure, response timeof the queries.
