Ring.io is a cloud based rich calling telephony service for small and medium sized businesses delivered in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Ring.io offers a complete phone system to boost sales productivity and deliver a better customer experience. Ring.io solutions include Salesforce CTI, Call Coaching, Call Center, Sales Dialer, Virtual PBX, and Reporting & Analytics. The Ring.io platform also offers integration with Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics.I was in charge of making sure that our customers have a top notch experience whenever they need help, and of the processes that produce consistently great issue resolution. I also work with our clients to make their onboarding experience a great one.

Mittal Solutions rebranded to Apexx Strategies in January 2020.Mittal Solutions provides IT consulting and support services (from basic desktop application support through a fully managed solution, covering servers, networks, web development, mobile application development, database development, wireless networks, and remote working) to small businesses. We recently expanded our services to include professional writing, copyediting, and proofreading, as well as research and analysis.

Mason SBDC provides educational services for small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Here I manage the technology resources, provide network administration and technical support including preventive maintenance products and services, and perform support or administrative tasks as required. One of my current projects with Mason SBDC is to redesign and develop their website. As part of Mason SBDC’s collaboration with Mason Innovation Exchange, a new network of on-campus entrepreneurship-focused platform, I designed, integrated, and installed their AV System. Moreover, for the MIX’s inaugural Mason Summer Entrepreneurship Accelerator program (June–August 2017), a program that allows Mason students and recent graduates to explore the commercialization potential for their product or service ideas, I co-coordinated their day-to-day activities and administrative tasks.

STEMexCEL offers technology-based afterschool enrichment programs for elementary and middle school students. Here I tutored in programming languages (Scratch, Python, and Java) and in LEGO robotics for Fairfax County Public Schools After School Programs.

MyEdMaster provides educational services to K through graduate students. I have worked here in different capacities for just over two years.I coach elementary and middle school student teams in robotics and programming. In addition, I assist in research development; the topic of research varies from year to year. Teams Coached: In 2015, I coached 1 team of middle school students; in 2016, 2 teams of middle school; and in 2017, 1 team of elementary school and 2 teams of middle school. Recognitions: In 2016, we won the “Championship Award” and second place “Robot Performance Award” at the VA-DC First LEGO League Tournament. In 2017, we won fifth place in the Mountain State First LEGO League Invitational Tournament, a 50-team event targeting the best FLL teams nationally with limited international teams invited.

A-List Empire is a social media platform that creates educational content. Here I headed the website development team and designed, programmed, and developed a social media website. This included moving the entire database system from MySQL to Google Firebase and moving from AWS to GCS.

i10 Agile provides agile software development services. Here I developed on a contract basis an automated system to generate government contract proposals combining Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. I also redesigned and developed their website.
