I am responsible for overseeing customer engagements, ensuring the achievement of client servicing goals, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout projects. I delegate project delivery responsibilities to the Project/Programme Manager while managing commercial opportunities within my customer base.I collaborate with the Sales team to drive demand and develop new and existing opportunities. Additionally, I focus on staff engagement and management, including handling administrative tasks like quarterly reviews and approvals.I escalate issues and involve relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

Trad Book: The Beginning of My Entrepreneurial JourneyDuring my third year of college, I realized we often had a lot of free time, much of which was going to waste. I decided it was time to do something meaningful with it. But the big question was: what should I do?That’s when it struck me— It was mandatory for us to purchase textbooks from the college, costing $200 each year.. But what happens to those books afterward? I discovered that most students sold their books by weight, treating them like scrap. Intrigued, I started looking into alternatives and came across a thriving market in Chennai called Moore Market.Curious, I visited the market and talked to some vendors. They suggested I collect books from students and sell them for a good price. The idea seemed promising, so I gave it a try.I began buying used books from my fellow students and selling them in Moore Market. Over 16 months, I managed to generate a turnover of $10240 earning a profit of $6000—all while working part-time!This experience not only helped me make a significant amount of money but also ignited my entrepreneurial spirit. It marked the beginning of my journey as an entrepreneur.
