*Meets with graduate students to provide information and guidance on academic-related issues.*Facilitates graduate students’ academic progress. *Makes referrals for students who need assistance with overcoming learning obstacles, specialized tutoring, extended or intensive assistance with career decisions or similar needs.*Collects and disseminates information to students, faculty and departments about changes in graduate program requirements or University policies.*Maintains students’ academic files.*Coordinates data compilation, statistical reports and correspondence, depending upon the area of assignment.

*Answer HR related questions (benefits, leave, FMLA, payroll, workers comp, onboarding etc.) for employees *Help employees navigate systems and troubleshoot issues that users are having with the different software*Recruitment, onboarding, retirement, payroll entry, training, leave usage, performance management etc*Support Specialists, Coordinators, Supervisors and Employees to navigate multiple HR related processes *Coordinate new employee orientation, benefits briefing and additional trainings*Enter Data, file, scan, assess accuracy, index, track and prepare documents as well as general clerical work*Complete verification of employments, employee actions (termination, promotions, etc.) and loan forgiveness forms *Coordinate work across multiple agencies to create solutions to HR specific challenges and questions
