Currently I work for various clients in general administrative support from data visualization to full charge bookkeeping. From writing, editing, and producing reports, presentations and podcasts, I am adept production in visual, written, and audio mediums. Previously, I worked as a paralegal at a plaintiffs’ law firm. Upon starting, I had no experience in the legal field. Hired as a case assistant, within a year I was promoted to paralegal and commissioned with the training of incoming employees. More recently, I have extended my skill set to include payroll processing, invoicing, payables, and receivables, as well as administration of benefits, coordination of insurance claim submission, and general bookkeeping. In addition to the skill sets described above, I am tech savvy. Along with common software programs including the Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and various Adobe products, I have used and become proficient with several specialty programs. I am adept at both PC and Mac platforms.
