As a Lead Engineer I oversee the erection & installation activity of Structural items like Coloumns Beams Rafter Trussle Perlin Side runners crane girders Overhead cranes and Equipment like Caster machine, EOT cranes,screw conveyors , cooling towers, all type pumps,Air receivers, Storage tanks etc. Review and analysis of RFIs, BILL certification of customers and Contractors , Material Reconciliation review etc .

As a senior project Engineer, I am responsible for Erection & Commissioning ( cold & hot both) of FTP(Fume treatment plant) of aluminium smelter units, Erection & Commissioning equipments like ID FAN , AIR BLOWERS, AIR LIFT BLOWER & HOPPER BLOWER, CENTRIFUGAL FANS & PUMPS , CBS (CROOS BATH SILO), ALUMINA CONVEYING AIRSIDE, FUME GAS DUCT, BAG FILTER SYSTEM, ENRICH&FRESH STEEL SILO, COOLING TOWER , COMPRESSORS SYSTEM.Also responsible for contractor RA Bill certifying , BOQ checking, Inspection of final QA/QC protocols as per QAP . Reviewing in 5S management, AO Modules .

Responsible for maintenance of sulphuric acid plant( capacity 125 TPD) equipment are like air blower/ Compressor/ booster / centrifugal pumps / boiler fees pumps / Sulphuric filters/ cooling tower systems. also planning of pm schedules/ breakdown analysis/ daily basis llf acquiring / shut down jobs / annual or capital repairs of IAT/FAT/DT towers.

Breakdown analysis, Asset optimization, Performance review of contractors. • PM execution, CBM, quarterly shut down maintenance and execution of Inter department projects with cross functional teams. • Tracking daily breakdowns and implementing preventive maintenance programmers to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance • Planning for Preventive maintenance, break down maintenance and also follow OEM manual LLF, CBM. • Handling all maintenance work activity with PTW in SAP System.
