I can confidently say that being a young entrepreneur I’m equipped with leadership, crisis management, decision making and many other skills as a Founder and Chairman of successful companies.In my early twenties, I started my career as a young entrepreneur and promoter of Shivam Security Services and soon expanded into several businesses, turning into a serial entrepreneur. Shivam Security & Intelligence Services provides Security services, Facility management, Property management and all kinds of hard and soft services.As a single businessman in this competitive world, I have personally employed 35000+workforce, both skilled and unskilled, for all kinds of support staff services including Corporates, residential, industry, Hospitality and institutions. Also I have astonishingly managed the security of more than 18000 acres of land spanning across India with expertise in securing land possession under difficult conditions.It might seem like a Pep talk, but I would be glad if any of you young entrepreneurs get inspired, as my goal is to train and produce entrepreneurs who in turn will create job opportunities.I have always strived to provide the best to all my clients and a 100% client satisfaction rate is my achievement.
