In my role as an Office Assistant I had a variety of responsibilities ranging from administrative work, to event coordination and marketing, to student mentoring and fabrication machinery operation. In particular, some of my tasks included organizing and designing advertisements for department showcases, mentoring younger students in their academic design projects and supervising the digital design and fabrication labs (rendering, 3D printing, laser cutting, etc.). This role allowed me to bolster my organizational and communication skills, both in academic and professional settings through student and faculty interactions. In addition, being an Office Assistant gave me the opportunity to work on both large-scale team projects and individual self-motivated tasks, making me comfortable in a range of office/studio environments.

Guest-facing position tasked with ticket and concession sales, stocking, and preparation, theater ushering, and general custodial work in kitchens and theaters. This role required excellent customer service and guest interaction, cashiering services, stocking and organization, and time management.
