As the Outreach Coordinator for If Americans Knew I organized national & international speaking tours for Author / Historian / Journalist Alison Weir - Executive Director of If Americans Knew. I built coalitions with a large array of organizations, institutions, individuals and other entities working on the Palestine / Israel issue. Furthermore I directed a nationwide Billboard Marketing Campaign for IAK, participated as their representative at conferences and events.

I was hired by Soap City Car Wash after a five-month period of unemployment with the mandate of turning the business into a profitable and well managed entity. The staff I inherited had established a culture of doing the bare minimum and mismanaging the business with no over-site by ownership. Existing staff resisted being an integral part of the team to accomplish the changes necessary. I relieved all of the staff and hired an all new one. During the training and adjustment period, the owners decided to sell the business and were no longer investing any resources into it. In late October of 2015 Soap City was purchased by Russ’ Auto Wash and I was retained as manager. During that period, I transitioned the business through new ownership and various staff changes while integrating the new systems for Russ’ Auto Wash. Once the transition was complete, I began marketing with quite some success when suddenly and unexpectedly I was discharged for very minor technical reasons.

Establish, nurture and grow positive relationships with donors, foundations, workplace employers and volunteers. Oversee all fundraising campaigns.Selected Achievements:• Implemented clear, concise and efficient accounting procedures necessary to mitigate inherited budgetary crisis caused by misallocation & misappropriation of internal budget funds.• Developed new streamlined operational budget that save the organization $150,000 annually. • Directed three annual fundraising campaigns that held their level of contribution considering this was a recession era producing layoffs and downsizing at some of the largest workplaces funding our campaigns.
