Chughtai Laboratories It is equipped with a 1.5T MRI scanner (Philips Multiva), 64 slices (Siemens Somatom) scanner, X-ray and Fluroscopy.The following are the main responsibilities of my job:• I have clinical competency in X-ray ,CT and MRI and can perform routine as well as advanced CT and MRI procedures independently, consistently, and effectively.• I ensure all patients are positively identified prior to examination. I also assist in safe patient transfer.• Set up and operate equipment to perform CT and MRI exams and procedures according to departmental protocols.• Assist in organizing, supervising, and coordinating the provision of MRI services.• Responsible to educate and train the student radiographers.•Participate in the implementation of the departmental strategic plan.• Participate in implementing a quality management program for MRI services.• Comply with infection control and safety protocols.• Ensure maintenance and safe operation of CT and MRI equipment.• Maintain all records pertaining to the area of assignment.• Keeping and operating the machine as instructed by the vendor and checking the quality control issues.• Ensures the availability of adequate supplies and consumables in the area of assignment.•Works with a friendly and cooperative team where enthusiasm, collaboration, and growth are an essential part of their training.• Ensures the safety of all patients during MRI exams and had excellent skills to deal with claustrophobic and anxious patients.•I also ensure that my co-workers are safe at all times and that I follow all regulatory guidelines and procedures, especially regarding the maintenance of trust, protection, equality and diversity, health and safety, and conducting a risk assessment.• I always prioritise workload depending on the severity of a patient's condition and the impact on their management and assist in the organization of appropriate radiographic cover.

Performed all types of CT Scan on 64 slices Dual Source Somatom Definition Siemens CT, Performed all types of X-Rays and Fluoroscopic procedures and C-Arm procedures as well.
