My research is focused on medical imaging processing, Machine Learning and Computer Vision. I am also interested in the development of automatic segmentation algorithms for cardiac images, automatic solutions for cardiac function assessment, Myocardial oedema assessment, cardiac injury detection, face detection, Intelligent drone images solution for security, agriculture and others purposes. Furthermore, cancer cell classification and Hand Gesture Control of laptops using Webcam. Recently I supervised 1Master student with the title “Hybrid computation based approach for classification of ACP and non-ACP using Cancer Images” and 1 PhD with the title “Automatic Remodeling of Cardiac LV using CMR Images”.
