 Team Handling, Preparing and reporting of daily trackers to Client, handling Month End Client Calls. Responsible for reviewing of all Manual, Accrual, Reclass and Recurring JEs prepare by team in Month end close. Responsible for reviewing of GL, IC and FA and Bank Reconciliations and to be submitted as per pre-defined SLA’s with the client on monthly basis. Responsible for Preparing and reporting SLAs (CPI/KPI) on Monthly basis for Client review.  Resolution of Aged Items from Reconciliations prepared by team. Supporting the team in Month End Activities whenever needed.

 Responsible for Preparing all Manual, Accrual, Reclass JEs Responsible for submitting month-end and quarter-end numbers (P&L and Balance Sheet) into HFM for different company as per defined TAT. Responsible for completion of all GL, FA, Bank reconciliations for different companies acquired as per predefined timelines. Responsible for Preparing and reporting SLA of Process and Opex Activities (including 3X3, Control Charts, Skill Matrix etc. Responsible for processing Intercompany Settlement of Inbound and Outbound Invoices.

 Issuing and Renewing business insurance policies (Commercial package, Entertainment production package, Umbrella package and Workers compensation package) Ensuring compliance / legal norms and endorsements before issuing the policies to the clients. Peer- to-Peer audit of the policies. Making frequent calls to client for handling escalations and support. Evaluation and implementation of new updates. Maintaining and sending weekly report to supervisor

 Responsible for overall accounting and financial Matters of Company.  Responsible for preparation of TDS, Service Tax Returns and Sale Tax Returns. Responsible for preparation of Employee Payroll. Monitoring and reconciliation of Account Payable, Account Receivable, bank statement. Responsible for preparation of Trading & Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
