Supervising accounting activities of five companies with span of control of around 60 staff comprising managers, deputy managers & others. Following functions are being performed.• Reporting: Furnish financial reports on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, and yearly basis in compliance with statutory regulations and global standards• Internal Control: Establishing internal controls and ensuring efficient and effective financial operations as per industry benchmarks.• Costing: Supervise costing system comprising identifying & recording cost in terms of material, labor, overheads, Work in Process, Finished Goods, comparison with standard cost, budgeted vs actual figures, import & L/C valuation, • Audits: Get the Financial Statements audited from External Auditors and place them before Board of Directors. • Projections & budgets: Prepare financial projections and budgets in line with business plan and get these approved from senior management and the Board of Directors.• Funds Management: Monitor the overall funding status, disbursements, repayment and related reporting• Creditors: Develop & monitor payment process to vendors, monthly reconciliation of balances.• Growth: Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure• Taxation: Comply taxation requirement of FBR (Income & Sales Tax), PRA, SRB, filing returns, statements, replying FBR notices etc.

Supervising the Accounting Activities of the following among Rupali Group of Companies;1: Rupali Polyester Limited (A public limited listed company with shares transacted on stock exchange of Pakistan. The company is involved in processing of Polyester Chips, Yarn & Staple Fiber). 2: Spintex Limited (A public limited company previously involved in manufacturing polyester yarn however project stopped at the moment)3: Rupafil Limited (A public limited unlisted company. The company is involved in processing of Polyester Chips and Yarn)4: Rupali Nylon (Pvt.) Ltd.
