Fund Accounting (U.S.):- Hedge Fund Daily & Monthly NAV calculation, includes various reconciliation, break resolution, calutaion of management fee and perfromance incentive alongwith other fund expenses, allocation of income and expenses to investor. Performing above activities for Master Feeder, Standalone & Fund of Fund. Succesfully completed the transition of process consist of 50 plus FTEs from US to IndiaKey Responsibility Areas:Ensure all Metrics are meeting client SLA.Continues developemt of SLA improvement plan.Montior process compliance as per SOC1 .Processes resource management and design their development plan in an organization.Provision of MIS to Onshore business unit & internal management. Staff development through strong engagement and training need analysis; staff performance appraisals on regular basis.

Handling a Team of Fund Accounting-NAV calculation (Daily&Monthly)

Handling of Fund Accounting Team :- Trades processing/settlement, corporate action verification/processing, security pricing/verification, income/expense accounting, capital stock processing, transactions settlement, cash & holding reconciliations, Trade receivable/payable reconciliation, Reviewing and Preparation of Core Financial Statements like Balance Sheet, Statement of Operations, Statement of changes in Net Assets. Statement of Cash Flow, Format and Audit Report for Hedge Fund.

Project: State Street Fund NAV verification & Financial Reporting: Capital Stock (Subscriptions, Redemptions & Reinvestments of Shares), Market Value of Investment, Mark to Market, Trial Balance, and Realized & Unrealized Gain/Loss of Investments, Interests & Dividends, Others Assets, Liabilities, and Incomes & Expenses.
