I work as a consultant and Assistant Head Teacher at a start up secondary school. I have the position of ensuring all staff are able to confidently provide effective teaching and Learning for all groups of students. I also offer training/CPD/INSET to whole schools, departments, Teaching School Alliances and SCITTS. Along with individuals as part of Try This Teaching. I run a free Teaching and Learning website available to educators worldwide.
