Managing full life cycle of Supply Chain Management Systems for the Cambridge & Woodstock manufacturing facility from Parts Ordering / External Logistics systems to Internal Logistics in support of Just In Time (JIT) manufacturing. Developed J2EE web applications using Websphere for internal and external customers.Successfully implemented a Toyota Supplier web invoicing application for Indirect Materials Suppliers.Successfully implemented a Purchase Requisition application for requesting and approving of requisitions to the creation of Purchase Orders for Indirect Materials.

Gathered business requirements and developed data warehouses for various departments within Toyota to serve the needs of reporting, business analysis and decision making aids for Production Control, Finance, Human Resources and Quality Control.Using the advanced COGNOS suite of tools, successfully completed the following projects:-Production Efficiency to measure performance of each manufacturing shop / line in the plant for weekly Senior Management and Officer level report outs.-Time & Attendance to visualize daily/ monthly /annual manpower conditions of each department.-Quality Defects trend by shop / line to identify top defects for quality control problem solving focus.
