Project: Gray Structure of 219 Nos. 8 Marla Villas at Prec. 11-A Bahria Town Karachi Job Responsibilities:Organizing, coordinating and managing all personnel of the team to achieve best deliverable outcome.Scheduling the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.Developing and implementing policies & strategic plans for the project.Interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients.Preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.Managing all aspects of civil works including BOQ, technical specifications, tender documents construction drawings, foundation design/ studies, acceptance of deliverable products and interaction with all departments.Obtaining all necessary permits from client.Reviewing project progress and updating on a regular basis.

G+9 Towers) Job Responsibilities:Executing project by planning, monitoring, and controlling overall construction activities.Coordinating with the contractor in the project implementation to ensure that the construction schedules are well managed without negative impacts on the project.Ensuring that the contractor complies with the approved detailed design documents and instructions of the client.Monitoring the progress of work at site, equipment mobilization, work preparation, work execution and tests on completion to achieve that the work will be completed within the overall time frame and cost budget of the project.Establishing the amount of work done/completed for verifying contractor’s interim payments.Reviewing progress reports (daily, weekly and monthly) and submitting comments to the Project Manager.Arranging and participating in meetings with the Contractor and Architect regarding design.
