Working as Graduate architect with COX Architecture for rail projects in Melbourne, Office building development in Bunbury, WA & Mixed use development in Fremantle, WA. Involved in Design development and documentation phases of the project and contract administration. Prior to which was a site architect for COX overseas responsible for the delivery of the OAAM museum in Oman for his Majesty, constantly working closely with the client team. Due to the vast nature of packages within in the project, the responsibilities were divided among the team of 3 onsite architects, allowing total control and decision making for respective scopes & areas. Constant liaison with the team in Perth while maintaining core requirements from the intent on a heavily value engineering requirement from the client while ensuring the client relationship is maintained for future business opportunities. Responsible for contract administration, design change management, solving interface and construction/coordination issues at site.
