• Planning, facilitating, and executing system / functional testing and assist preparation of UAT for projects and enhancements.• Engagement with business users to define business requirements and understand & explore business issues being encountered• Provide support to key business and IT colleagues, perform detailed analyses, prepare/maintain documentation and complete other tasks as assigned• Manage software and process design changes. Manage feature scope • Follow up developments, test them and support business users during their UAT • Support the Business Users in their organizational changes required • Act as a technical liaison between the technology department and the business customers
