Current• Coordinating with PRO for Employee Visa renewals, Visa medicals, New Visas after checking the Quota, Labor cards etc• Providing & saving confidential documents such as Joining forms, NDAs, offer letters, Passport copies in soft copies on the company google drive as well as Hard copies with original signatures for all new Employees.• Renewals for Group Health insurance & adding new employees to our Group health policy. Getting quotes from different Insurance Brokers/Companies and comparing it with the previous year amounts and benefits.• Renewals of Office insurance, Production insurance, public liability insurance in collaboration with the Director.• Adding and updating new Clients/Suppliers on QuickBooks and different portals for all divisions.• Making Asset forms and getting it signed by employees when providing them Company Laptops, mobiles, Sims.• Ordering & Managing Painting for the office Studio to be painted time to time.• Updating Bayzat App with all the official documents of all the employees like Passport copies, Visa pages, EID copies, Asset forms etc.• Arranging Salary certificates, NOCs, Letter to embassies for Staff/Models/Freelancers.• Keeping a track of the registration cards of all the vehicles under MMG & Owner. Also finding Motor insurance for the vehicles at the time of renewals.• Maintaining an Excel file on the Google drive “EMPLOYEE DOCUMENTS EXPIRATION” with the expiry dates of everyone’s Visa, EID, Passport etc• Updating the weekly Payout list by adding talents & Freelancers whose jobs which are ready to be paid, throughout the week.• Preparing the excel sheet list of talents every Payout for Al Ansari so the total amount provided to Al Ansari is exactly distributed to every talent either by Cash or Bank accounts, according to the details I have provided in the said sheet.• Handling Cleaning company for office/apartment clean-ups and their invoices and payments on a monthly basis.
