• Ensure the project related KPI’s are achieving the entitlements. • Generating substantial bottom line savings for the SBU through improvement projects• Scope the problem• Determine the project area• Identifying all the vital factors affecting customer desired outputs• Identifying all the failure modes of vital factors• Implementation of processes to eliminate/ reduce the occurrence of the failure modes using methodologies such as 5S, TCT, Lean and Six Sigma• Conduct training to all levels on above methodologies to institutionalize the improvementsCreating control plans, Job Descriptions (JDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the results sustained in the long term• Conduct BRT sessions with the process owners to achieve the project objectivePeriodically update senior management on the work-in-progress and improvement opportunities that are prevailing• Conducting Training in order to create a data driven decision-making culture• Validate, saving calculation methods with CFO’s and monthly tracking the Savings to ensure projects’ key deliverable are achieved• Identifying measurement gaps and introducing new KPI’s with BFM’s to monitor the process performance• Designing cockpit charts and dashboards to drive and monitor performance
