-Responsibilities for area contains ~500 IBS/NodeB/eNode and achieving 20 contractual optimization KPIs for both UMTS & LTE Networks-Features & Parameters modification experience starting from UMTS RAN10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & RAN15.1 BETA. And for LTE eRAN3.0 & eRAN6.0-Daily UMTS/LTE network performance monitoring and identify network performance degradation (Accessibility, Retainability and Integrity) on Cell/Cluster level to solve and improve: RRC, RAB/eRAB, PS/CS CDR, IRAT, UL/DL Data Traffic, CSFB, Blocking/Congestion/High RB Utilization and keep it within KPI target-Creating periodic report for the UMTS/LTE 20 KPIs trending to monitor and improve worst cells-Cluster optimization audit, Drive-Test analysis to improve RSCP/EcNo/CQI/UE TX Power/RSRP, SINR, RSSI & SINR and analysis of the reported failure events in UMTS/LTE Drive-Tests-Neighbors optimization audit: Intra, Inter and I-RAT based on HO statistics, CHR and DT Logs-CHR signaling analysis to maintain KPIs and improve cells performances -Soft Parameters audit, checking and make correction for inconsistent parameters-Applying several UMTS/LTE soft parameters trials on cluster/RNC level and 3G/HSxPA/LTE strategic design-Troubleshoot VIP customer complaints and tune parameters to improve customer’s experience-Planning and prediction for new Outdoor (Macro, Micro and Pico (Small Cells)) and Indoor (IBS) sites based on traffic dimensioning and survey-Coaching and leading Indoor RF Optimization technical team (<= 8 Engineers) to resolve customer complaints and improve user experiences-Leading nationwide Benchmarking (both UMTS & LTE) and evaluation projects to improve both coverage and capacity to achieve no.1 in Major roads and Clusters Tools:-HUAWEI WCDMA/GSM Nastar, iManager Nastar, PRS and U2000-HUAWEI GENEX Probe and Assistant-Ericsson TEMS Data Collection/Route Analysis-MapInfo Professional
