Monitors and evaluates (M&E) projects with in-depth understanding of M&E tools used for assessment; Formulates policy and guidelines in the identification, establishment, development and sustainability of Community-Based Forest Management (CBFM); Evaluates and processes applications for tenure instruments; Evaluates/Assesses project proposals from the ASEAN Region relating to environment and building capacities of government personnel/field implementers; and, serves as a resource person in the conduct of community development trainings and workshops for Civil Society Organizations and other government agencies.
