● Managing warehouse which includes both cold and normal storages.● Supervising warehouse which stores for more than 20 Multi-national and national companies.● Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.● Applying sorting procedure making sure that materials are segregated by company, item code batch and expiry.● Allocating the materials to their suitable locations as per the requirements.● Responsible for managing the space inside the warehouse● Shipping material to the customers according the packing slips provided by our clients and making sure of the issued quantity and specifications.● Ensuring on time delivery and coordinating with drivers to maintain road safety for special materials so as to eliminate the chances of damage.● Maintaining all inventory transactions on Microsoft Excel and providing them to data entry to enter in the main software.● Perform all activities for smooth operations of the warehouse. ● Hire work force as and when needed temporarily.● Packaging and labeling products before they are dispatched.● Labeling goods that have arrived at the warehouse if required / requested by the customer.● Welcoming and helping clients who visit the branch.● Contacting transport companies and coordinating dispatch and delivery with them.● Relocating and organizing stock.● Supervising the work of junior staff.● Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in.● Removing hazardous products from the warehouse.● Operating a forklift.

● Report directly to the Operations Manager.● Driving heavy equipment when required forklift/Boom truck/ Crane.● Unload and stock incoming material from vendors.● Carefully load materials for delivery onto trucks in cooperation with the truck drivers.● Managed and supervise trailers for loading and unloading along with documents required for the purpose.● Purchasing spare parts for the trucks and heavy equipment.● Taking care of timely repair and maintenance of all heavy equipment and keeping maintenance log book.
