• Distinction of being assigned with the responsibility of complete technology transfer by a group headed by Professor D C Gossard, a CAD professor in MIT, Cambridge. • Demonstrated excellent technical skills during the development of CAD software, ‘Sculpture’, which was made based on the finite element method using C++ under UNIX (SGI) platform. • Successfully designed an interface between CADDS 5 and Sculpture after understanding the complete architecture of Sculpture as well as interface of CADDS 5.

• Developed new functionalities, like adaptive grid technique, in NISA-Fluid modules. The code was written in FORTRAN/C++ using the finite element method. The adaptive technique reduced the grid size to a great extent in turn reduced the solving time to 30% in some cases with same accuracy. • Developed mold flow solution for plastic injection molding.

• Managed mechanical maintenance of rolling mills with a work force of over 300. • Introduced a mechanism which reduces the maintenance time from around hundred hours to four hours.
