Head-Maintenance for 4nos CETP plants in Gujarat located in Ankleshwar, Dahej, Magnad & Kutch.Stationed at the biggest facility(1.6 MLD) in Ankleshwar , heading a team of 40 personnel ,consisting of Mechanical ,Electrical , Instrumentation ,Civil Engineers & Technicians. This facility consists of Multi Effect evaporators (1800 KLD) , Spray Driers (300 KLD), ETP (1600 KLD) , Mechanical vapor recompression evaporator (450 KLD), Boilers (120 TPD ,45 kg/cm2) , RO plant (2000 KLD),Cooling towers (16000 TR) etc.Reduced breakdown of Lubricating oil in Roots blower by installing water jackets.Reduced breakdown of Mechanical seal failures by replacing a closed water cooling system with an open cooling system. Here any variations in cooling water can be visually observed before failure.Reduced frequency of Vacuum pump dismantling by installing mild acid CIP system.Reduced unplanned maintenance of Multistage pumps by engaging external agency for condition monitoring.Introduced the concept of working standby pump for the critical high pressure pumps for Reverse Osmosis systems.
