I'm a health and wellbeing coach with two years of experience delivering the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme consisting of dietary recommendations, physical activity, behaviour change and lifestyle advice, working with groups up to 30 people and 1:1 sessions in Humber, North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire or remotely. Additionally, I'm a Local Support Trainer, helping our Regional Trainer in competency checks for new and existing health coaches.- Qualified to level 2 as a Gym Instructor and level 2 in Health & Nutrition- Passionate about health, with personal experience of ill-health and its effects- Experienced in working alone and as part of a group, in customer service and running own business. In my former careers I worked as a translator and subtitler, online marketer and web designer.- Native Polish speaker, fluent in English and with some knowledge of other languages. Full home office setup, right to work in the UK as a citizen and a full clean driving licence. Available for a full-time role in Leeds, York, North Yorkshire or remotely.Some of the things I'm most proud of:- When tasked with getting new case studies for the diabetes prevention programme, I produced 9 willing service users in less than 48 hours- In less than a year I was nominated for the Star of the Month twice and received the Star of the Month award once, in a company with thousands of employees- I have a 100% on-time service user data submission rate- I have had some incredible feedback from the service users I've been working with for my passion, empathy and approachability.
