Serve as the Operations Leader (COO/CFO) for the Huron Education Business Unit

Served as the Chief of Staff to the President and CEO of Envision Healthcare. Envision Healthcare is America’s leading medical group, a multibillion dollar revenue healthcare services delivery system comprised of the Envision Physician Services (EVPS) segment with ~25,000 physicians and advanced practitioners (Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Anesthesia, Radiology, Women’s and Children’s and Surgery), the AMSURG segment with 270 surgery centers; lines of business (Gastroenterology (GI), Eye/ Ophthalmology and Multi-specialty), and the Enterprise support functions providing clinical care to over 30 million annual patients across 45 states. Envision is a KKR & Co. portfolio company.

As a Manager in the Strategy & Operations Group, Adam assists C-Suite leaders with strategic planning, academic portfolio maintenance, resource optimization, budgeting and financial management, process re-design, etc. In this role, Adam is responsible for managing internal teams of junior staff to deliver the engagements, act as the primary client-relationship manager, and communicate progress to internal senior leadership. In addition to the client engagements, Adam is actively involved in recruiting and has oversight and provides strategic direction for the Excel training program for new hires.

Adam spent one year as an Analyst in the Life Sciences Group, working directly with top pharmaceutical companies to help them solve their pressing compliance needs. Specifically, Adam worked with a top-5 pharmaceutical company and their coordinated response to the Open Payments Regulations (Sunshine Act) as well as helped a top-30 company through a government price reporting compliance audit.

Vanderbilt Student Government’s mission is to enrich and improve the undergraduate experience through proactive advocacy on behalf of students, collaborative partnerships with administrators and faculty, and relevant, innovative services.As Student Body President, Adam was responsible for managing the one of the largest student groups on campus (300+) and working as the chief representative between the administration and the undergraduate student population. Some key accomplishments include: • Monitored and managed the allocation of the University's student fees and budget valued at approximately $1.7 million and directed the $110,000 internal budget for the organization• Provided guidance on the University’s temporary housing plan during extensive on-campus dormitory renovation• Planned and implemented multiple large scale collaborative community initiatives with responsibilities including volunteer management, communications, and event logistics
