- Maintain location of inventory. - Monitor the daily jobs of the assistants.- Designed, implemented & monitored management operations systems.- Receive orders, and other stocks check against invoices to ensure correct quantity and inspect for damage.- Responsible for the optimization of the stock availability and ensured stock holding and in-transit accuracy.- Daily Process orders of Karachi and outstation . - Maintain Inventory on Daily Bases. - Solve Issues of not Satisfied Customers. - Solve Issues of Vendors. - Developing new business deals by coordinating with business team and management. - Give tasks to business development team to research online market/competitors for identifying new business opportunities. - Builds market position by locating, developing and closing business relationships with vendors.- Respond to the client queries regarding their products update or sales result. - Develop business proposals with brands and other vendors in market.- Develop good relationship with other competitor’s sites to be in touch regarding new developments.- Maintain good business relations with vendors for strong bus iness.- Manage customer calls in case of any special query regarding product.
