Manage regional level brand / product awareness and uptakeInvolved in Consumer Surveys regarding Customer`s perception of Zong`s network and major products being offered with respect to competetion Design BTL & ATL activities to support regional or HQ led promos achieve proper awareness and visibilityResponsible for revenue, ARPU, market share, churn, subscriber base in the regionCustomer Segmentation and design regional promos that would help achieve regional segment targetsUtilize regional budgets through BTL campaigns / regional visibility drives (BTL activities, streamers, local OOH etc.)Ensure network expansion is done in high potential areas and in accordance with corporate / segment strategyEnsure clear and meaningful regional market analysis based on customer research and BI analysis, supporting effective gap and opportunity recognition and effective business plan and market development activity

• Involved in product pricing for high value segment• Developing new products (voice & data) for postpaid subscribers• Reporting and analysis of different KPIs for higher management• Coordinate all aspects of ATL communication & BTL activities for High Value segment • Work with the Brands Team to develop the brand strategy and positioning on a continuous basis to keep it in line with the business strategy

• Revenue and subscriber management prepaid base• Customer segmentation and specific campaigns and product offerings for masses and youth • Daily, Weekly and Monthly prepaid dashboards monitoring key KPIs and performance of launched offer while taking corrective measures• Weekly dashboards, highlighting major competition moves and its effect on Warid’s strategy• Communication briefs for marketing teams to highlight major USPs and overall customer interaction• New product development along with product feasibility and solution design • Approvals for relevant stakeholders like Finance, Revenue Assurance, Customer Service• Commercial Rollout and UATs of campaigns/new products while ensuring that all customer touch points are aligned • Pre and post launch analysis of launched campaigns and products• Support regions in initiating region centric campaigns to meet the annual acquisition targets
