Team Leader Contact Center• People Management: To manage team members to get the maximum output including service level, maintaining productivity KPIs on daily basis as well monthly averages, quality scores etc.• Counseling the CSRs to help them achieving their targets.• To conduct sessions for product knowledge enhancement.• Assignments delegations + follow up.• Analysis to identify the areas of improvement in order to guide the team members for the betterment in meeting KPIs.• Month-end presentation to the reporting manager about the month performance of team.• To always keep a strong interaction with the team to strengthen team building relationship by having get together, picnics, formal and informal meetings.• Day-to-day reporting to the managers.
