- Responsible for the End to End Recruitment & Selection of all level staff and ensure effective recruitment process is being implemented.- Prepare Job Descriptions and Job specifications for each position by liaising with the HODs.- Driving successfully Employee performance Management.

- Involve in end to end recruitment cycle from getting the Personal Requisition and generating pool of candidates till getting the best talent on board.- Ensuring that all the hiring is been done as per the budgeted Headcount. - Supervising Pre & Post employment documentation of new hires & maintaining their personal files- Manage 400 pules people attendance & Payroll.

- Maintain 6k employee attendance.- Responsible for maintaining the personal files of the employees.- Responsible for completing the documentation of employees.- Maintain & Handle employee information details in (Excel Sheets)- Maintain data on ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
