Developed e-Operations: role-based centralised web portals to automate the services of energy sector: New connection, Change of Name/Load/Tariff, Opt for Smart Meter, Meter Change Request, Power and Billing Complaints, Installments of Bill, Due Date Extension and many others. 2. Converted legacy manual system to a digital, paperless realtime system which resulted in optimised backend processes: reduced financial cost and timeframe for service processes as well as made them transparent by implementing: a. E-File (Paperless record of complete processing of service) b. Activity Log (Auto-logging of processing of services) c. Hierarchical Real-Time Dashboard (Business Intelligence for top management) d. Smart Search (Bar code based searching algorithm) e. Scalable (Scalable to all level i.e. single building office to multiple office)3. Developed MEPCO Smart web portal: a consumer side interface to access services offered in e-Operations, using React, Typescript, SCSS, Material UI having features: a. Integration of smart meter with account to view real-time energy stats b. Artificial Intelligence based Energy Advisor to get intelligent advices on consumptions. c. Push notifications for services integrated with e-Operations d. Smart payment of energy bills. 4. Developed front-end interfaces using React.js, SCSS, MaterialUI, JSPdf and many other latest technologies while having close coordination with UI/UX designer.5. Integrated with back-end APIs developed in ASP.net and MSSQL server 2019.6. Made the system secure by conducting third party VAP testing and implemented: a. API rate limiting b. Site-wide authorization using JWT tokens c. Google Re-captcha d. Strong field validations7. Conducted end user acceptance and hands-on training sessions.8. Designed BPMN, System Architecture diagram and documented the complete system.

The projects in which I worked:A. Software Engineering of Integrated Billing System: IBS consists of 4 modules and 12 integrated applications (desktop, mobile and web) used in different geographical levels to do the monthly billing of electricity consumers across Pakistan. I participated in modelling & documentation and re-engineering of IBS. We did UML modelling using Visual Paradigm, IDEF0 & database modelling using Microsoft Visio & DataEDO respectively, workflow modelling using Camunda workflow modeller and architectural modelling using Yed Yworks. We re-engineered the business workflows of IBS and by employing technology in a more effective way, we optimized the system by saving time and resources involved in the completion of business tasks. It took 8 months to complete it.B. Software Engineering of Power ERP: It is a software solution developed in Oracle consisting of 8 various applications working in power sector and providing ERP related services to all the above mentioned DISCOs. We did the modelling and documentation of ERP in the similar way as for the IBS. It was completed in 4 Months.C. Development of Store Inventory System: A Restful API based web application used by the DISCOs across Pakistan to manage the inventory items by using the stock keeping units assigned to items. SIS is developed in oracle and PHP at backend, bootstrap at frontend & BIRT (plugin of Eclipse) for BI reports. I worked as a team lead and developed this application in 2 months.D. Miscellaneous Task:I did various individual tasks.1.Deployed Jitsi meet, Gitlab Server, Rocketchat, Helpdesk and E-Office.2.Consumer CNIC data analysis using SQL server management studio and Excel Power Pivot.3.Vulnerability Analysis of web applications using OWASP ZAP.4.Stress testing of web applications using Jmeter.5.BI reports designing in Crystal Reports6.Marketing Flyer Designing in Corel Draw, Inkscape.

Cyberseeds is a recently inaugurated software consultancy firm with an aim to provide the best software and IT consultancy services in all the latest fields of technology. The project in which I have worked after joining cyberseeds is:A. Requirement Gathering of Pakistan Construction Network:PCN will be a multi portal web solution providing technology based services to the construction related entities i.e. professional and companies across Pakistan. It will contain 6 different portals i.e. registration portal, marketplace, e-auction, jobs portal, simple tender and e-tender portal developed and deployed independently on their dedicated servers but integrated with each other through single sign on. While being a project coordinator, I along with my team completed the requirement engineering of PCN in 4 months and proposed the solution to our client.
