CLB Is a council funded charity that seeks to provide aid to small charities and volunteers in and around the borough.As a member of the administrative team, my tasks consisted of:• Ad-hoc adminsitrative duties• First point of contact on reception, via phone & e-mail• Updating and publish updates to the website the CLB website • Curating and schedueling a weekly e-bulletin• General maintenance of the office (ie. keeping it tidy, making tea and coffee for guests) • Arranging meetings with trustees, booking rooms/refreshments• Minute taking and distribution• Creation of white label policy documents for use of small charity organisations
